Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our store Mon-Friday and within 1-2 days of an order being placed. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified and given the choose of waiting for the item or receiving a refund and an email when the item comes back in stock at which time you can choose to reorder the item.

We do our best to find the lowest possible shipping rates and in the event that there is a less expensive option than the option you have chosen, we might contact you to offer you the alternative.

In the event that we are running a "Free Shipping" promotion the following pertains- free shipping is only on standard US shipments. It does not include any item over 20 pounds or that requires an oversized packaging.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding oversize shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your order at the best possible price. 

You will receive tracking information for your order via email after your order is placed. If you have not received a tracking number please contact us and we will be happy to provide it for you.
